Our scans are carried out by experienced, fully qualified sonographers who take the time to explain findings clearly and answer any questions you may have.

Whether you are seeking early reassurance, accurate pregnancy dating, wellbeing assessment, or a special bonding experience with 3D and 4D imaging, we are here to support you every step of the way at our Dartford clinic.

Gender Scan

From 14 weeks onward, we can identify your baby’s gender with around 99 % accuracy. While ultrasound technology is highly reliable, there’s always a small chance of uncertainty if your baby’s position makes it hard to see. Our Dartford clinic provides a welcoming space for this exciting scan.

Assess early development
Identify whether the pregnancy is single or multiple.
This scan can be especially reassuring if you have had previous pregnancy concerns, symptoms such as pain or bleeding, or simply want early confirmation. All scans are performed by experienced sonographer in a calm, supportive environment at our Dartford clinic.

Growth Scan

Our growth scan assesses your baby’s development later in pregnancy and provides reassurance that your baby is growing as expected. This scan is usually performed from 26 weeks onwards.
During the scan, we will:
  • Measure your baby’s head, abdomen, and femur to estimate growth and weight
  • Assess amniotic fluid levels
  • Assess Umbilical Artery blood flow using Doppler ultrasound where clinically appropriate.
  • Check placental position and appearance
  • Review your baby’s position within the uterus
This scan can be particularly helpful if there are concerns about growth, if you have been advised to have additional monitoring, or if you would like extra reassurance in the third trimester. All scans are performed by experienced sonographer in a calm, professional setting at our Dartford clinic.
